Now for the important question, can you remember who you call if you dial this number?
Of course, it’s the ambulance.
In an emergency like a stroke you should always call the ambulance because the person who is sick will go straight to the right hospital and be treated much more quickly.
Sometimes if a person with a stroke goes to hospital in their own car, the doctors and nurses don’t realise how sick they are and they don’t get treated quickly enough.
